Grants
Energy efficiency grants available:
Zing Energy was established to help householders access energy saving grants available across England and Wales, helping to eradicate fuel poverty, lower carbon emission and reduce energy bills. These grants provide funding for Heating System upgrades, Renewable Energy and Thermal Insulation measures, which not only make homes more energy efficient, but also help to future proof against rising energy costs.
Eco Scheme
The Energy Company Obligation or ‘ECO Scheme’ is designed to help low-income homeowners and tenants who are in receipt of qualifying benefits with access to Heating, Insulation and Renewables grants.
Home upgrade grant
The Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) funding is issued by local authorities to householders based in England, helping them to become more energy efficient through installing grant-funded low carbon heating.
Local authority flex
Local Authority Flexible Eligibility is an extension of the ECO Scheme and provides householders, who are not in receipt of means tested benefits, but are living in fuel poverty, a means of accessing funding.
