Customer Feedback and Complaints Procedure

We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please follow our complaints process:

  1. Contact our complaints handler, Chelsea Morgan, at team@wearezing.com or 0330 808 4365
  2. Our complaints handler will respond within 2 working days
  3. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and efficiently within 8 weeks.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint internally, you can escalate the issue to our ADR (alternative dispute resolution) provider, the Financial Ombudsman Service. Contact details can be found here along with our expanded complaints procedure.
